  • Following system to track other users' public progress

• Community features for sharing progress and achievements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Public vs Private Content

You control the privacy of your habits:

• Public Habits: When you set a habit as public, it becomes visible to other users through search, your profile, and the community feed. Other users can see your progress and achievements on these habits.
• Private Habits: When you set a habit as private, it remains completely hidden from all other users. Private habits are never shown in search results, feeds, or your public profile.
• Profile Information: Your name and username are visible to other users when they search for you or view your profile.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate these Terms or applicable laws
• Your User Content does not infringe on the rights of others

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable in our sole discretion.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Social Features and Privacy

Payment and Billing

Free and Paid Services

We may offer both free and paid features of the Service. If you choose to use paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Billing

For paid services, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Payment is due immediately upon billing and is non-refundable except as required by law.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of price changes for existing subscriptions.

Termination
